Ingredients

  • 60ml Isabella’s Portello Cordial
  • 90ml soda water
  • 1 generous scoop vanilla or coconut ice cream
  • Dehydrated berries, blitzed to a dust (for garnish)

Method

  1. Add Portello cordial and soda water to a chilled glass, then give it a gentle stir.
  2. Carefully drop in a scoop of vanilla or coconut ice cream so it floats on top.
