Your order (5)

Where's my order?

Use our order tracker with your order number and the email you ordered with. It shows where your order is, with live tracking once it's on its way.

We aim to send orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays), and we email you the tracking details as soon as your order leaves the brewery.

I didn't get an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

Check your junk or promotions folder first. If you paid with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the confirmation goes to the email saved there, which may not be the one you usually use.

Still can't find it? Send us a message with the name and email you ordered with, and we'll check and resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can change your order, its delivery address or email, or cancel it, up until we start packing it. Tell us what needs changing as soon as you can and we'll email you once it's done.

Once an order is packed we can't change or cancel it, but the order tracker will show you where it is.

How do the 6 Pack and 12 Pack deals work?

Where a product comes in packs, each pack size shows what's included. A 6 Pack with one free bottle is six bottles for the price of five, and a 12 Pack with two free bottles is twelve for the price of ten.

The free bottles are counted in the pack, so a 6 Pack is six bottles in all.

How does Pick & Mix work?

Pick & Mix lets you build your own pack. Choose a type, such as cordials, syrups or sodas, then a pack size, then your flavours, or start from one of our quick mixes. Each pack size shows what comes free with it, like extra bottles or flavour pumps.

Each pack is one type, so cordials and syrups go in separate packs.

Shipping & delivery (6)

How much is shipping?

Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address and the size of your order, at the price our delivery partners charge us.

Spend over $99 and we'll put $20 towards the shipping of every parcel in your order. Depending on where you live, that covers the whole cost or a good part of it. The details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to send orders within 5 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days to metro areas, 3 to 7 to regional areas and 5 to 10 to remote areas.

New Zealand orders leave within 1 to 4 business days and usually arrive 5 to 7 business days after that. Busy times, like the lead-up to Christmas, can take a little longer.

Who delivers my order, and what if I'm not home?

We send with Australia Post or Aramex. Glass and alcohol go with Australia Post's Parcel Post Wine + Signature service, so someone 18 or over needs to sign for them. If you're not home, Australia Post takes your parcel to your nearest Post Office to collect.

Collect it within Australia Post's timeframe. If it comes back to us, we can send it again once the return and redelivery costs are covered.

Can you deliver to a PO Box or parcel locker?

Yes. Aramex can't deliver to PO Boxes, Post Offices or Parcel Lockers, so Australia Post delivers those orders instead.

Whatever the address, check the street number, suburb, postcode and any unit details at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost to an incomplete address.

Do you deliver to New Zealand or overseas?

We deliver across Australia and to New Zealand. New Zealand orders go with Australia Post International, fully tracked, and are sent with duties and GST already paid, so there's nothing more to pay when they arrive.

We can't deliver anywhere else yet.

Can I collect my order from the brewery?

If pick-up from our Beechworth brewery is available for your order, you'll see it as a delivery option at checkout.

Problems & returns (6)

Something arrived damaged. What do I do?

Sorry about that. Let us know within 7 days of delivery if you can, with your order number and what's damaged, and keep the item and its packaging. We'll ask for a photo when we reply.

We look at every claim within 1 to 2 business days and offer a replacement, refund or credit. If the courier damaged it, we deal with them for you.

Something's missing, or I got the wrong item

Bigger orders sometimes travel in more than one parcel, so check your emails for a second tracking link first.

If something really is missing or wrong, let us know which items, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund. We'll tell you if we need anything sent back.

Tracking says delivered, but my parcel isn't here

Check around your property and with your neighbours first, as carriers sometimes leave parcels out of sight.

Still can't find it? Let us know and we'll take it up with the carrier. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

My parcel was sent back to you. Can you resend it?

Yes. If a parcel isn't collected from the Post Office in time, or the address was incomplete, it comes back to us. We can send it again once the return and redelivery costs are covered. Get in touch to arrange it.

Can I return something I've changed my mind about?

Because we sell food and drink, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Anything damaged, faulty or not what you ordered is different: we'll put it right.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act. Our Returns & Refunds page has the details.

When will I get my refund?

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to the card or account you paid with, and we'll email you when it's done. It can take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.

Our products (8)

Where can I see ingredients, allergens and nutrition?

On most product pages, under What's inside: the ingredients, allergens, dietary details and nutrition panel, as printed on the label.

Are your products gluten free, vegan or dairy free?

Our cordials, syrups, sodas and liqueurs are labelled gluten free. Our beers contain gluten. Everything is made in the same brewery as our beer, so traces of gluten may be present.

All our cordials are vegetarian and many of our products are vegan and dairy free. Each product's page shows its dietary details under What's inside.

Do you make sugar-free cordials?

Not at the moment. Our cordials are made to be mixed with plenty of water, so a little goes a long way.

What's the difference between a cordial and a syrup?

Cordials are made to mix with still or sparkling water for a refreshing drink, and they're great in spritzes and slushies.

Syrups are richer and sweeter, made for milkshakes, coffees, hot chocolates, cocktails and desserts.

How do I store my cordial or syrup, and how long does it last?

Unopened, our cordials and syrups keep for a long time. The best before date is printed on the bottle.

Once opened, keep them in the fridge for the best flavour and enjoy them within about 3 months.

There are white bits in my cordial. Is it safe?

Yes. That's sugar settling out, which happens naturally in cordial, especially in a bottle that's been sitting for a while. Give the bottle a good shake and it'll mix back in.

If it smells fermented, tastes off or shows any mould, don't drink it and let us know.

Are your sodas alcoholic? Why do I need to be 18 to shop?

Our sodas, cordials and syrups are alcohol free. We also sell beer, liqueurs and spirits, so our website asks everyone to confirm they're 18 or over, and alcohol is only delivered to someone 18 or over who signs for it.

Something's sold out. Will it be back?

Tap Join Waiting List on the product's page and we'll email you as soon as it's back in stock.
