Contact us

The order tracker shows where your order is, with live tracking once it's on its way. You'll need your order number and the email you ordered with.

We pack orders in the order they arrive, Monday to Friday, and aim to send them within 5 business days. No order confirmation email? Check your junk folder, then send us a message with the name and email you ordered with.

Sorry about that. Tell us what happened and we'll sort it out. If something arrived damaged, keep it and the packaging, and reply to our email with a photo once we're in touch.

Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check around your property and with your neighbours first, as carriers sometimes leave parcels out of sight.

We can change an order or its delivery address until we start packing it. Send the details as soon as you can and we'll email you once it's done.

Once an order is packed we can't change it, but the order tracker will show you where it is.

Most product pages list ingredients and nutrition information, and some have recipes. If something's sold out, tap Join Waiting List on its page and we'll email you when it's back.

Our stockist map shows the shops, bars and restaurants near you that carry Last St. Know a shop that should stock us? You can suggest one on the same page.

Stocking Last St in your shop, bar or venue? Register your interest on our wholesale page and our sales team will be in touch. Already a wholesale customer? Order with the wholesale order form.

The brewery is open 7 days, 12pm to 5pm, with our restaurant, bar, tastings and retail. Brewery tours run at 11am, 7 days a week, and can be booked online.

Planning a group booking or an event? The groups and events form on our brewery page asks for everything we need. For dinner or a stay, see The Last Supper Club and The Brewer's House.
