Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Something Not Quite Right?
We want you to love everything you receive from us. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. The more detail you can provide (order number, photos, batch details if available), the faster we can fix it.
What Happens Next
Once we’ve received your info, we’ll:
- Review your claim within 1-2 business days.
- Investigate with our logistics or production team if needed.
- Offer a replacement, refund, or credit - depending on what’s most appropriate.
If the issue is due to courier damage or a missing parcel, we’ll liaise directly with our shipping partner to resolve it.
Returns
If we need an item returned (e.g. a high-value or alcohol order), we’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
If an order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or the delivery address was incomplete, we can resend it — you’ll just need to cover the return and re-delivery costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s done.
