Where do you ship to? Do you ship overseas?

We ship orders from Beechworth to customers all over Australia. Unfortunately, we can't send overseas just yet!

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $99 across Australia, except for Western Australia and Northern Territory. We are actively exploring solutions to make free shipping available to all regions in the future. For all orders under $99, shipping is charged at a state-based flat rate.

How long will my delivery take?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and despatched within 3-4 business days. At this time, you will receive tracking details of your order, and we rely on our delivery partners to deliver safely and efficiently. Orders are generally delivered within 2 weeks of placing your order, and often much sooner.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be shipped with Australia Post.

What if nobody is home?

We require signature on delivery for all orders. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you to pick up your parcel from a local post office or delivery centre. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking details to plan when to expect a delivery.
