We’re on a mission to get your drinks from our historic Beechworth brewery to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is packed with care and sent from our Beechworth warehouse using trusted delivery partners, Australia Post and Aramex.

Orders Over $99.99
We’ll chip in $25 towards shipping for each parcel in your order. Depending on your location, that may cover the full cost or knock a solid chunk off.
Our Shipping Partners
Australia Post
All glass and alcoholic items are shipped via their Parcel Post Wine + Signature service. This ensures your order is handled with care and delivered safely, requiring an adult signature on arrival.
If you’re not home, your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. Please collect within their specified timeframe — if it’s returned to us, we can re-send it once return and re-delivery costs are covered.
Aramex
For selected deliveries across metro and regional areas, we also partner with Aramex.
*Please note: Aramex can’t deliver to PO Boxes, Post Offices, or Parcel Lockers. In those cases, Australia Post will step in.
Delivery Timeframes
We do our best to get your order on its way within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Address Accuracy
To help your delivery go smoothly, please make sure your address includes:
- Correct street number and name
- Suburb, state, and postcode
- Any unit or apartment details
- A contact phone number or email address
We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses - so it’s worth a quick double-check at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Something Not Quite Right?
We want you to love everything you receive from us. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. The more detail you can provide (order number, photos, batch details if available), the faster we can fix it.
What Happens Next
Once we’ve received your info, we’ll:
- Review your claim within 1-2 business days.
- Investigate with our logistics or production team if needed.
- Offer a replacement, refund, or credit - depending on what’s most appropriate.
If the issue is due to courier damage or a missing parcel, we’ll liaise directly with our shipping partner to resolve it.
Returns
If we need an item returned (e.g. a high-value or alcohol order), we’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
If an order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or the delivery address was incomplete, we can resend it — you’ll just need to cover the return and re-delivery costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s done.
