Double Malt Sundae

Ingredients

  • a bed of crushed malt biscuits
  • scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1–2 tbsp vanilla malt syrup
  • crushed malt balls
  • whipped cream
  • a dusting of malt or chocolate powder

Method

  1. Add a bed of crushed malt biscuits, then scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Drizzle with 1–2 tbsp vanilla malt syrup and sprinkle with crushed malt balls.
  3. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of malt or chocolate powder.
