Our Last St Feijoa Liqueur captures that moment perfectly. Handcrafted in Beechworth using pristine alpine spring water drawn from our historic artesian well, this small-batch release brings together vibrant feijoa sweetness with a refreshing natural acidity.

The result is a liqueur that feels both indulgent and incredibly drinkable, bright on the nose, soft on the palate, and clean through the finish.

Perfect over ice, lengthened into a spritz, or as a fresh twist in cocktails.
