Spiced Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 45ml Last St Spiced Rum
  • 150ml cloudy apple juice
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Garnish: Orange twist or pinch of grated nutmeg

Method

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the Spiced Rum, apple juice, unsalted butter and brown sugar.
  2. Stir until the butter melts and everything is smooth and steamy — but don’t let it boil.
  3. Once heated, pour into a mug & garnish with an orange twist or a pinch of grated nutmeg.
