Ingredients

  • 60ml Limoncello
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 30ml soda or sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Lemon wheel & mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill your glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Limoncello, Prosecco and soda water.
  3. Give it a gentle stir, then garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
