Espresso White Russian

Ingredients

  • 30ml Last St Coffee Liqueur
  • 30ml vodka
  • 30ml thickened cream (or substitute with coconut cream)
  • Ice (cubed)
  • Garnish: Shaved dark chocolate or a pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Add the Coffee Liqueur and vodka to a rocks glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Float the cream over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect, or stir it through for a smooth, unified pour.
  4. Sprinkle your garnish.
