In fact, George Billson selected the brewery site in Beechworth based on its access to pristine alpine water and it has been at the heart of Last St products ever since.

Flowing from the surrounding mountain ranges and filtering through the iconic Beechworth granite surrounds, the mineral undertones of the water result in a vodka that captures the essence of untouched nature, creating a truly remarkable spirit.
