The Brewers House Main Residence has been exceptionally renovated and now ready to host guests from Easer long weekend 2026.
With 3 newly renovated bedrooms, including two ensuites and a large main bathroom with bath, as well as private living room and kitchen the property is perfect for family stays or weekend getaways with loved ones. Individual climate control in each room as well as complimentary wifi throughout.

Exclusive hire of property
The property can be booked exclusively for private functions. When booked exclusively, the property includes:
- 8 bedrooms in total
- 7 ensuite bathrooms (two with bathtubs) + one main bathroom with bathtub
- The main residence with kitchen and living areas
- Four private garden suites
- Full access to the gardens and swimming pool

A unique door code will be sent prior to arrival with check in instructions.
Late checkouts are considered by request.
Minimum Length of Stay
Garden Suites generally have a minimum stay of two nights, however may be available for one-night stays, depending on availability.
The Main Residence has a minimum stay of two nights.
During peak periods, public holidays and special events in Beechworth, longer minimum stays may apply.
Same Day Bookings
We generally require at least one night between booking and check-in to allow our team time to prepare the property.
If you are hoping to book for the same day, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.
What's your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking up to 3 days prior to your check-in.
Extra guests and multi-person bookings
Our suites accommodate a maximum of 2 adults per suite. If you wish to book multiple suites, please feel free to email us at visit@lastst.com.au to arrange your stay.
The Main Residence
At the heart of the property is the Brewer’s House Main Residence, a private house ideal for families and small groups.
The residence includes:
- 3 bedrooms (two with ensuites)
- A central living room
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A main bathroom with bath
An additional fourth bedroom with ensuite may also be included for larger groups.
The main residence is suitable for families and children.
Private Garden Suites
Separate from the main residence are four private garden suites, each offering:
- King bed
- Private ensuite bathroom
- Individual entry
- Garden outlook
These suites are best suited to two adults.
Each suite includes:
- Bar fridge with complimentary beverages
- Tea and coffee facilities with kettle
- Dressing gowns
Please note the kitchen in the main residence is not available to guests staying in the individual suites.
Shared Spaces
All guests enjoy access to the property’s shared outdoor spaces, including:
- Landscaped gardens
- Swimming pool (solar heated in the warmer months)
- Guest bikes for exploring Beechworth
Parking
There is limited onsite parking available, including a covered carport accommodating up to four vehicles.
Additional street parking is also available at the front of the property.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at The Brewer’s House.

Breakfast is not provided, however the property is located just a short walk from Beechworth’s many excellent cafés and bakeries.
